Presence

We are all dancing within the One Mind.

We are not seperate listless objects,

We are dancers to a rhythm that has no borders, no exclusions, no separation.

Presence isn’t an idea.

It’s a mechanical alignment with the center

the center of time, of attention, of the cosmos itself.

It’s not “being calm.”

It’s being in phase with the part of reality that doesn’t move when everything else flinches.

It’s the state that’s always available, but rarely chosen.

Because it requires no narrative, no defense, and no delay.

Just this breath.

Just now,

in this sacred dance.
